Please have the cooks use hair nets. First time ordering from this location detailed review: Order: Dinner combination pepper... steak with pork fried rice and egg roll. With added appetizer of Teriyaki skewer. Order through Uber Eats for delivery. PepperSteak: 70% onions and peppers 30% steak. Note: taste was good, but meat needs to be cut in smaller pieces unless they are goingto include a knife in the silverware. Pork Fried Rice: Average not great not bad. Egg roll: The better of the pork egg rollsserved by Chinese takeout locations. ???? Side Order Teriyaki Skewer: Average taste, decent size. Issues: #1 Not sure who isto blame with this one whether it be Uber Eats or the restaurant, ordered and stated 20 minute delivery, took an hour fordelivery to be completed. #2 Human hair found in pork fried rice, three different one inch long black hairs. Recommendationhave your staff wear hair nets please. #3 order notes were added to request a knife and fork, fork and spoon provided note fromrestaurant is that they do not have knives. Okay I completely understand, recommendation is that you do order some plasticknives because many customers may be eating on the run or in their office where they may not have a knife to cut the meat, in mysituation my office was out of knives that is why I requested one, the portions of meat in the pepper steak we're too large toput into your mouth in one bite and became quite messy trying to eat without a knife to cut it. Not a major complaint oranything but should probably think to include plastic knives with your silverware sets. Price average for themarketplace. I specifically asked for a quart size shrimp fried rice but when I got home i recieved to my surprise a quart size chicken fried... rice was in front of me and they expected me come back to the store with the order after I've waited over 10 mins which the etagiven. Its 10pm and we had to pick out the dam chicken out the rice. To add insult to injury gas prices are dam well $5 per galand they had the nerve to tell me to bring the rice tomorrow for a discount and his idea of a discount was a free soda. So madand disappointed. Next time I will order from tokyo Peking at least they get my order right and dont insult their customerswith free sodas. Read more
Don't come here!! I've been supporting this takeout spot since the day they've opened!!! It's in the neighborhood and... convenient, but I'm taking my business ELSEWHERE! There are literally plenty of Chinese takeout spots in the area!!! There wasan issue with my last order and I very politely brought it to their attention and her response was "You're ALWAYS complainingabout something!" I've complained ONCE over these many many years and it was a about a large piece of metal in my food (likelythe lid of something). There have been a few issues and I've ignored them all because I'm busy and don't have the time tocomplain or write a review, but ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! This is not how you speak to customers! First time eating here today, ordered boneless Spare ribs lunch special, it was very reasonable… called and ordered over the... phone they told me ready in 10-15 I was actually there less than 10 minutes and it was ready…. Now this wasn’t fresh! Foodwas room temperature no kind of heat to it, that lets me know it was most likely in a food warmer that’s not keeping heat andthey just share it out… anyway the flavor is good but cold food.
