I order some wings to be delivered & at first glance, everything look good. But as I started eating more of the ranch, this... weird powder was on it. I'm currently pregnant (had a simple craving) & now this ruined not only my dinner but ever wanting toget wings from here again. I have no idea what this is but I'm truly concerned as to what I just ate. I hope this doesn't costme a trip to the ER or something. Read more
You wouldn't think cooking wings would be rocket science but this place seems to make it seem like it's that hard. If you order... online, wait 20 minutes and then show up there's a 50/50 shot you'll actually have your order ready but more than likely you'llstill be waiting 10-20 minutes. There's a level of incompetency at this location that either corporate Wingstop isn't aware ofor just doesn't care about because this is the worst location in Las Vegas. Read more
My wife grabbed some wings for dinner and these were definitely the driest wings we ever had. The flavors were very bad too. The... mango habanero tasted like cough syrup. The Cajun wings barely had any sauce on them. The lemon pepper wings were so dry I justgave up even trying to eat them. To top it all off even the sweet tea wasn't sweet! Read more
Came in to order a chicken sandwich combo. First and foremost, almost everyone picking up or receiving orders had issues with... them being incorrect. How did I see all this? Called in at 6pm to be told at 7:35 pm that they ran out of bone in chicken. Ok - no problem. I?ll wait. Then at 8, my order... was wrong. The staff has to do a better job with communicating with one another. I mean, it?s not like they are far apart fromone another. Went to the west Craig location and they handled my order with ease. I ordered online for pickup and arrived within the 16-21 minutes window I was given, and yet I still had to wait another 10... minutes for my order. The wings were only partially sauced, it looked like they just quickly poured the sauce over the top ofthe wings. The floor was extremely sticky and is in need of a thorough cleaning. This will be my last time spending any money at this establishment. I ordered a simple combo. 8 piece boneless wing with fries... and a drink. I work literally across the street from the place and arrived on time to pick up the food so that it was fresh. Thelocation on 5725 Losey road in Las Vegas Nevada is utterly disgusting. If you guys serve bad or old food close to closing thenfix your closing time orders. Stop making orders past 11:45 if the food is going to be old. I placed my order at 11:30 andpicked it up at 11:51. The fries look as though they've been sitting in the basket for over an hour. I didn't even get my bluecheese. In the wings were cold.
