Ordered on app to pickup. Went to designated area, checked-nothing. Used restroom (filthy). Checked area again and still... nothing. Manager came out to interview someone, but nothing still arrived for me. Finally someone came to register and askedif I would like to order... internally rolling my eyes, I replied, "I'm waiting for my pickup order." Gone! Then I see 3 headslook up at a screen ????. Only review I?ve ever left in my life? I order a biggie bag with a JBC, dr.pepper, spicy nuggets, ghost pepper ranch sauce.... Simple. Not informed of anything to do with what I?m ordering not being available. I get to the window, pay for my food and theyhand me my food, with regular nuggets, sweet and sour sauce and no drink?. And then say, that?s all we got? But you are going tocharge full price??? For what? And they so called always hot fries were cold. Waited in line just to order for 10 minutes. Then, once I ordered, another 15 to get to the window to pay. Then, after another... 15 minutes of waiting to get to the food window, I'm told they are out of regular nuggets. The person told me 4 minutes to waitand to pull up to the sidewalk and they'd be brought out. 15 minutes later I had enough and parked my car, BANGED ON THE DOORWHICH WAS LOCKED UNTIL SOMEONE SAW ME (!!!) , just to be told "weren't you in the drive thru an hour ago? I remember you" whyyes! Yes I was! I never got my food! She couldn't even believe it. I ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwich and disappointed, the chicken was dry and I remember it used be juicy and huge. I got a... flat dry non spicy "chicken breast" if that's what you want to call it. Waited in a long line. Ordered my food waited some more. Get home and eating and boom raw chicken. To get back up there wait in... another line cause Noone answered the phone literally called many times. Got refund for just this meal oh and the fries had tobe in the grease since opening shift. This is unbelievable terrible service... I came here with a welcome coupon from signing up and asked the lady how I use it.... Wasn't applied then she tells me I think u need to order.. I'm asking you because I don't work here I don't know.... then sheasked my name for the order, I gave her my name, Tenaiya, she says ok I'm going to put you in here as tra.... WHAT IS THAT????I'm not a tra. Jesus.. the worst experience ever.... they are taking to long with my order and I'm inside... they have noflavors in their coke machine with the many drinks... the line is always long inside and out. Worst Wendy?s ever. They had no drink carriers. They owe me .75 cents. We did not get butter or sour cream with our potato. I... ordered a cheese burger and got a mozzarella chicken instead. They didn?t know what they were doing. The line was very long.They were running around like chickens with their head cut off. The drive thru didn?t work.
