They never add the avocado to my Fiesta veggie burrito instead they add srirachi sauce . Check your meal infront of them

Went through the drive thru, the employees were nice but we ended up realizing we were missing an item and one was incorrect,... unfortunately after we threw away the receipt in their locked dumpster as there was no trash can available outside that we couldfind, and needed to toss an empty cup. When we went in, the manager told us we needed a receipt and didn?t care that we hadbeen in that drive thru line not even four minutes earlier. There was no way to get the receipt and we shouldn?t have to pay forsomething we had already paid for and didn?t get!! I?ve worked in fast food and i know for a FACT it should?ve taken her thirtyseconds max to pull up our order. I really didn?t appreciate that kind of treatment from a manager. She did eventually give usour missing item and fixed the situation but only after we made it an issue. Employees are cool (hence the extra star),management sucks. Do better please. Read more

Best taco bell I've been to in years. The customer service, the speed of their food prep and attention to their customers was... all 5 star. Way better than the TBs on the north end of town. Expanded menu would give it 5 stars, double decker, meximelt,fajitas, gorditas,etc. Read more
Worst experience. Don?t bother using their mobile app. I placed my order and showed up to pick it up and they said ?they never... received it? even though the app said they did. Then I asked if I could show them that it did go through and the money was takenoff my card they said there was nothing they could do about it. I still haven?t gotten a refund yet. So, I?m here at the drive through and the lady told me that her system is down and i will have to come in! When i get to the... door the door is locked. So i wait at the door for 5mins until she says you can come through the drive through we cant take youinside im sorry. So not only did i wait 5 mins at the door but i also had to wait behind this line as cars came through as i wasat the door. Very rude didnt offer nothing free or anything! Read more
I was too excited to get the enchirito, oh boy was it horrible it had a speck of meat with the beans. The entire thing was so... salty I couldn't enjoy it. In addition ordered 3 crunchy tacos, they were soggy tortillas and the bottom fell out so I mademine into a small taco salad. So yes it was a horrible experience and I will never cheat on Del Taco again!! Read more
