Worst visit ever. Drive through and dining room full. Six workers behind counter. No employee not even the manager would address... any questions. Not recognizing people at counter when they have a question or needs something. Waited for our food for almost 30minutes. An elderly man finally got someone to wait on him, he ordered a Mexican pizza them employee said they were out of meathe asked her what she meant she said order food with no meat. She was rude to him. Meanwhile we took a drink and ut qasliterally hot. Went up to counter waited 10 minutes finally got someone to ask for some ice. Oh we are out of ice. Waited over 30 minutes for order along with several other people. Young black man was the only one trying to apologize and let... people know the orders were being prepared. Read more
This Taco Bell was super clean, the employee that helped me went anode and beyond and paid 8 cents to my order so I wouldn?t... have to break a bigger bill. Excellent service! Read more
This place tenders to the drive thru more than the walk in's. I ordered a Mexican pizza and 5 crunchy tacos it took 17 minutes... to get it and I missed my bus I have no car cannot go thru the drive thru.. service. and they only had 2 people making the food Read more
Love picking up at this Taco Bell, as a rideshare delivery driver they are pretty quick most of the time. VANCE the manager is... always professional and puts in the extra effort to make sure we get our orders out on time. Read more
Went to the drive thru minutes before closing. Kind of a complicated order, different drinks and special orders and all... different sauces. They had everything we ordered, plus straws and napkins. Good job at 3am. And 3 Happy customers. Thank you Read more
Poor service, very slow to be waited on. Cashier/ order taker is handling drive thru also, n on line orders. We were egnored as... walk in. Also false advertising listed. What we wanted was for on line only. There is no sign. Than take it down. Homeless nothers walking in to soda fountain n helping them selves to sodas . Not water. Had a mobile order there last night. Ended up going inside because the drive thru was backed up. Had to wait awhile on my food.... The manager kept explaining that there was an incident and he had to send home workers and kept apologizing that they werebehind and short staffed. I felt so bad with all the rude customers coming in and making things that much worse. Stuff happensand I hope one day you are put in the same position so you can be treated how you treat others.
