Both staff behind the counter that are preparing sandwiches aren't wearing hair net. This happened twice on different days. The... second time I got my sandwich, a hair strand is on the side of my sub. My stomach churned and had to throw it away. I was sodisgusted that I will not eat Subway food anymore. Read more
I will NOT go to this place anymore. The times that I have been in there the manager is sitting out front talking with a... security guard about her employees. I know that the time on the door says 8-11 but I have been there at 8am the lights are offand door is locked. I don't think the managment knows what she is doing. This place is nasty. The food was good but our experience there was not so good. The lady who made our sandwiches was pleasant and did a good job... until her friend the security for the plaza came in to gossip with her. I don't mind if they are talking but I had 3 kids withme and they were using vulgar language and that is NOT ACCEPTABLE as they were both working. The security then apologized butthen proceeded to say its a free country...we are not in a bar at 11 pm at night..its lunch time and a family establishment. Let's start off by saying, the staff at Subway work tirelessly all day making sandwiches for customers. This task can be... thankless. Show some kindness to the staff that work at Subway, as they do their best and show their best. Jen works at thislocation and does a fantastic job. She is unbelievably efficient and reliable. All other staff do great job too. Let's notwrite mean reviews because you didn't get your way. (Too much of that goes on today) Take a moment to think about the thingsyou say, as the person on the other end is someone's mother, father, child, or family member.
