it was just ok for some reason it was difficult to order a sandwich in the drive thru After being asked 5 times if I said I... wanted lettuce on that and answering yes 5 times. I juz parked & went inside to see only 2 customers. This place is the most horrible subway ever. I looked up their hours of operation it says the closed at 12Am I got there at... 10:30pm the front door was locked with 2 employees in there 1 girl looked at us then looked away and never looked up againspanish girl long black hair. Then we decided to go through the drive thru and no one answered us drove back to the front andthey never opened . I am beyond disappointed ???? My husband and I are avid subway shoppers and it seems like the employees haveno regards for paying customers .Never coming back to this location EVER guys turn around and go somewhere else .good luckfinding a customer service representative at subway that cares about your food ! They must up my sub so bad. I ordered an Italian bmt melt and when they started making my sub at first they Mest it up by not... cutting the bread right but I let it slide . Then at the veggie and sauce station they had no regard for what I was saying .They are adding random veggies and sauces as if it was there?s . I told them multiple times that that?s not how I wanted it theysaid ok and just kept on adding stuff as I said stop . Then they cooked it twice my order took 30 minutes and my brothers subwas not closed correctly and the sub just slipped out on the floor I added a picture . On a Sunday morning, I couldn?t believe they didn?t have an yellow eggs. So, my daughter opted for egg whites. Her order was not... correct. She ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. When we sat down she realized she was missing the bacon. I asked thestaff member about it and she stated it would cost more for the bacon. Long story short, it cost $.81 more, which should havebeen comped, because she misunderstood the order. The bacon came out oily and greasy. This is Subway which gives theimpression of healthy eating.
