Extremely rude! Terrible!Received the wrong drink so waited 15 min in line to get my correct order. Instead, Nessa (shift... supervisor), came to the window and said she knows my drink was correct because she made it! Didn't believe me and demanded tosee the label on the cup. Rudely, said she would make another one. I told her I wanted a refund. At first, she refused. Irepeated I want a refund. She snaps back "Fine, but you're not getting both, your drink and a refund!"
