Ask for Reese blast w cookie dough got no Reese?s and 4 pieces of cookie dough also asked for strawberry cheesecake shake it was... all vanilla ice cream like i get y?all busy but how hard is it to make 2 items? who tf makes Reese?s blast w out Reese?. I come here often. Usually always a let down. But it?s close, and convenient. I waited over 20 mins for ONE drink. I used mobile... order. Showed up. Parked in stall 11 and checked in. 10 mins go by I use the red button to make sure my order was placed intheir system because I see people showing up after me getting their orders although I?ve been waiting. Minutes go by I get aresponse. ?Drive thru only? I tell them i have a mobile order and he goes ok name? So I tell him and they said it?ll be rightout. Still another 5 mins till my drink shows up overflowed. I?m a business owner. As a business this is unacceptable. Iunderstand certain circumstances, but I can assure you that this location is often awful with timing and paying attention. Read more

Spent about 45 minutes at like 2am in the drive through while working for uber eats, while waiting for my orders at least 6 cars... gave up and left the never ending line. What's the point of setting a pick up time in the app if your order isn't ready when you check-in? Constantly have to wait at... least 10, and sometimes up to 30 minutes after arriving? Doesn't matter how many cars are there. The best part is getting homeand having cold food as if your order had been ready for a while before they actually bring it to you, and your drinks beingwrong. Its like people dont even look at your whole order. Literally a 50/50 chance that your drink wont have the flavors youpaid for, so dont bother with flavored drinks. Don't come here when it's busy or you'll be there for an hour. But at leastthey're not as slow and stupid as the location on Camino al Norte. Read more
Honestly if I could 0 starts I would. Usually this locations night service is horrible but today they genuinely had atrocious... service that I?d rather go to Dairy Queen, sadly they aren?t open as late. We used online ordering and when we arrived had towait 20+ minutes for the order and when we received it, the blasts were melted. They looked like milkshakes. I don?t know whohandles night service but this is a constant issue and when you see others cars around you aggressively banging on the callbutton?service needs to pick up the pace when mixing ice cream?and toppings. Convenient location. I like the car hop order process when they bring food out. 2 areas of outside seating. There is even a walk... up ordering machine in the outside eating area so you dont have to go inside if you are on a scooter, bike or on foot. Read more
