If you are allergic to peanuts avoid this place. They leave nuts all over the counters where they make all the food. When we... pulled up to the pick up window it seriously looked like they just sprinkled them everywhere. Even if you avoid the shakes anddesserts you will still likely have some peanut in contact with your food. I don't understand why they can't hand out packagedpeanuts like McDonald's does. Peanut allergies are so prevalent honestly you need to do better. Having a list of allergeninformation is useless if you are just going to fall back on the old warning about possible cross contamination instead ofactually trying through best practices to keep the nuts contained. Terribly slow, we waited 30 minutes for three mini shakes. One car next to us pushed the red button that flashed for a long time... no one took their order so they left. I ordered in advance on their mobile app.. then sat for 45 minutes to get my order. Drive thru guests were being served quickly... and efficiently.. if it weren?t for my card already being charged, I would?ve drove off. With gas as high as it is, you shouldbe disgusted for having me sit with my car running for 45 minutes .. and my order was 3 drinks and 1 burger.. nothing crazy! Wednesday, July 27, around 6:30 pm whilesitting in bay number 11 waiting for my order, my car overheated. Unfortunately the cap on my radiator blew which ended upburning my hand and arm and also the side of my face along with getting antifreeze in my eye. While I understand and respectthe fact that you do not have a public restroom for use, my situation was an emergency and you could have very easily allowedfor me to have used the restroom to rinse out my eye as well as the antifreeze off my face, hands and arm. It doesn't take muchto be a kind human being. You could have set your job function aside and as a normal human being and asked if I was OK or if youneed to call anyone to help me me. Instead you just laughed when I asked to speak with the manager after begging you to allowme to use the restroom and even brushed off my request for a cup of water. I hope you remember me for the rest of your life andare taught to do and be better towards others. DO NOT VISIT THIS SONICS LOCATION!!! This place is LOUSY!!&?;@!?Period!! If it was possible for me to rate a ZERO?I would!! I?m... still waiting on my refund on shake that I had ordered and received ice cream instead. It would have been easier for them totell me after waiting in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes that the shake machine was broken instead they made a drinkwith a straw to look like a shake only to find out later that it wasn?t had to wait in line again for another 20 minutes to showthem that my order was messed up. I try to give them a chance because a month ago they over cooked or recooked a cheeseburgerthat I order and it looked like they try to remove the bacon.
