I'm beyond disappointed with my food I got 2 chorizo with egg.. and they were not even wrapped correctly and falling apart it... was full of grease may I mind you I have bought this burrito before on another Robertos but it was nothing like this. We always hit this place up super late because my wife works the swing shift. I don't know about during the day but at night,... this place is consistent great! Great service! Great food! And they always get you your food quickly and with a good attitude.Definitely make sure to tip especially for the night crew. Read more
I would've been better off getting frozen taquitos from the grocery store ????. Their beef rolled tacos were so bad I could... barely finish one. I ordered the cheddar cheese topped tacos and the cheese was thrown on top and not melted, so it just felloff when I picked one up. And don't know how they can call the mystery meat inside beef. This location is one of my favorites. But even before tax inflation, the pricing has gotten out of hand! A simple bean and... cheese burrito that costs super cheap to make (if you actually make it yourself...unless you're me), plus...they're delicious.Anyway, pricing has gone to the point that it is now a luxury to eat a Roberto's; as I've said, bean and cheese now cost closeto $5.50(?) and any other burritos well, you might as well pay $10 for a overstuffed taquito...unless you pay for extra filling.This includes practically everything...is it now sad that Roberto's was the best for (a more authentic) Mexican 'fast food' butnow...it's not due to how expensive it now is? The meat is always overcooked and their rice and beans portions are a joke!! We are paying $14 for a plate of a disproportionate... size. So unfair and so customer loyalty is throw out the window! Read more

Awful service, rude people. They messed up my order, after explaining it to them several times then they wouldn't fix it, and... ended up giving me things to add on to my order in seperate small containers but by that time my food was cold. I asked for amanager, and the cashier stated one wasn't available until tomorrow morning, I asked for her name, and she told me she didn'thave one. The food was cold and burnt. Go to a different Roberto's. The level of incompetence is mind-blowing, and the foodis not that great. Unless you are super drunk and don't care what you are eating, then take your chances on a messed up meal. Read more
