The food is amazing? Especially if you eat in store. (If you take home keep in mind it can get soggy). Lately the chicken... pieces have been tiny, which is frustrating. Ordered food for curb side pick up, twice now I've hit the button in the app to let them know I'm outside and have arrived.... Twice now I've had to end up going inside to look for the food I ordered. This place offers options for curbside pick but theynever execute. Love Raising Cane's their chicken is amazing, the sauce and Texas toast are excellent with the chicken omg. Seriously the best... chicken strip I've ever had. We used to love going to Canes. But we have been super disappointed in this location lately. The wait is long. Our online orders... for curbside pickup have ended up with us waiting about 45 minutes because they "haven't made our order." No apology, no offerto make it right. In fact, my husband was treated very rudely the last time he was in there. While the food is always great,we're really having a hard time going back because of the customer service. Read more
