I love this place! It's always clean. The bread is so soft and the mayo/mustard mix is my favorite condiment. Subway is... decent, but Port of Subs has better quality ingredients (IMO). Read more
Make sure when you order a catering tray online any condiments you would like put in the ?special instructions box? or every... condiments you request will be put on every sandwich. Not knowing this info because the website is NOT DETAILED ABOUT THIS I hadto experience this personally. The manager was NOT open nor transparent to accommodating me in any form. She was more worriedabout the loss of the food. I explained to her this we for my Girl Scout troop which they paid for this platter with their moneyfrom selling cookies. This one is the closet to my house now that they closed the one down the street from me. I rather make the drive and go to the... next one. There?s been times that I?ve come to this location after work and they?re closed before their posted closing hours.Today I came to the drive thru and no one was answering after some time I decided to park and go in, when I walked in no was wasin the lobby or drive thru area. Then 3 women come out from the back putting on gloves and clearing their mouths as if they alltoo lunch together. The one that made my sandwich was just bitter when it came to making the sub. Marisol is the absolute best and has been since we met!! Anyway, I'm a regular; she knows exactly what I want, she's patient,... professional and keeps this place immaculate from the countertops to the meat cutters, etc.? When you order ham and cheese you expect more than barely a layer of ham on the sandwich. It only contains ham as a meat you... should have more than that. I?ve had subs from here before this is the worst I?ve had. Read more
Part 1:Giving them 3 stars...service inconsistent...one of the managers needs to stay up front to show the young people how to... cut meats and make sandwich faster. Also they need kids on food items...i saw a few gnats???? Part 2 (updated) The service hasbeen on point. I believe the managers are responding to the customers and ensuring sandwich preparers know what they're doing.Also no knats! My sandwiches have been made perfectly since my first review. Also this location is clean and free of anyoffensive smells in and outside. I'm giving four out of four so they have something to shoot for maybe specialty days to bringin more customers like buy one get one Tuesdays. Sandwich was ordered with green leaf lettuce, no pepper, and easy mayo/mustard. Easy mayo/mustard was entered in special... instructions since theres no longer an option next to the condiments. My sandwich had pepper and shredded lettuce which is grossand really hard to remove. It was drowned in mayo/mustard. Also didn't have enough salami and it was soggy from the excessivecondiments.
