I've gone to this Popeyes several times since they opened their food and their personnel have been great until this last time I... went there. I spent 35 minutes waiting to place an order. And I was in the store, other people that drive through were waiting45 minutes. The management skill on training personnel was poor compared to the efficiency from previous visits. Read more
Ordered online for pickup inside. I waited 33 minutes for a 10 piece chicken tender. No sides, nothing. No apologies, no updates... on status until I got frustrated at 20 minutes and asked, no offers to make amends. Other people waited 15-20 minutes, but Ididn't see anyone waiting as long as I was. Staff was disorganized and spent a lot of time looking at the order board. Willnever come back to this store again. Read other reviews and see I am not alone. Read more
My first an last time coming to this Popeyes, their not letting people inside an the line is wrapped around the Parking Lot? I... thought I was at In N Out Burger. Placed a mobile order online at 8pm for 820 pick up at counter on 5/2. Arrived at 818...doors locked. Drive thru line... looooonnng. But i already paid for my food so I had to wait in line. 40 minutes in line. Let them know I had an online order,was told to park. Now its been over an hour since I placed my order, its currently 9:04 pm, and im still sitting in parking lotwaiting for my food. People are waiting outside. Do not order ahead here...its useless. Ive watched those in front of me indrive thru get the food and go. If you order ahead, you have to wait...UNACCEPTABLE. Read more
Won?t be visiting this location again. This is my two piece combo. Seriously, that?s not enough to satisfy a 2 year old, much... less a grown person. I realize not all chicken parts are large, but $8 for this and a small side is ridiculous. Read more
Worst experience EVER! I used the app to order because the drive-thru had TWENTY FiVe cars. Wow. I was shocked. They are new...... Anyhoo, I come to pick up the order and the door is locked, with a note on the door, "No indoor dining." Gee thanks! That is ofno help. People see me standing there and completely ignore me. FOR 10 minutes. I call the store. No answer. I was my arms, andknock. Finally, 15 minutes in, a lady comes out. I explain. She says they are not using the app yet. I say I am, so why not havea message on the app or turn off your location, or a note on the door, or answer the door, or something, because this isridiculous. I say all of this as kindly as I can and then I explain I have never been to a Popeye's and this is my firstexperience. She was unfazed in general, but generally nice. She asked what I ordered and said she would obtain my items. I feltpositive. SHE NEVER RETURNED So, 10 minutes later I started all over again, waving, knocking, etc. Finally, a different personsurfaced, and asked me what I was doing there since the dining room is closed. Argh! I asked if anyone mentioned I was out here,as I talked to someone already, told my story again, yada yada... She promised to get my food. I put my foot in the door andsaid, "Wait, the other lady said that. It is not that I don't trust you, but I am nearly 30 minutes into a very simpletransaction here. Will you return?" She said, "Yes, I promise. She did, 3 minutes later. That is all the whole thing would haveoriginally taken! I ordered an iced tea and small nuggets, a la carte. That is it. No meal. Was extremely busy but understandable since it is new location, took about 10 minutes to get to order since there was a line, 18... minutes from when I ordered to get my food again I understand it was busy, but I will admit it was rather dirty around the storetables unclean crumbs all over the floor, so plan to spend awhile if you go right now since it is new and everyone wants to tryit out this location! Miss Piggy (employee) and Queen Latifa (manager) should know better that this isn't a breast! I work hard for my money to get... poor quality and quantity of chicken. Miss Piggy almost gave the wrong drink and dropped my debit card on the ground through thedrive through. She need to pay attention and both of them need manners and customer service.
