I called and tried to get info on my order and the supposed manager was rude and told me she tried multiple times to call,... Danielle (supposed manager) said it was cancelled early in the morning before we even placed the order how you gonna say youcalled at 8 am and I placed order at 11. My family goes here once a month and the pizza is always hot and ready when we get there. Service is good, much better the the... PH on the northwest side of LV, where waits are long. I recommend this place. Read more

I would give this place a zero. I placed an order at 6:15pm, it?s 7:32pm and is still not here. I kept calling and they take for... ever to answer just to say they don?t have that information and transfer me, I don?t know where. Just to keep waiting. Sodisappointed they?re going to loose a new customer already. Never again ordering from here. Hope the owner reads the reviews andworks on the issues. Pizza wasn't fresh, took hour plus to arrive, most importantly they "forgot" my eight piece wing after spending 47 dollars!... What happened to quality checks? We did a order and and it took us 1 hour and 40 minutes to come and leave it at our house and when he came we where about to... take the pizza and my father said to him that it took him 1 hour 40 minutes and he answered with okay if you don't like it thengo pick it up. I honestly hope this place get shutdown because it has a horrible service they don't answer the phone calls atall I'm honestly wish the worst for this place. I have always ordered here but today my order was horrible. The pizza tasted awful like re- heated pizza instead of being fresh... made. I know how the pizza should taste when it's fresh made and pizza's were not fresh made. This will be the last time I orderfrom pizza hut. Read more
