This pizza hut is the worst. We always have issues with this place But today we ordered our pizza at 7pm and got a message that... I wasn't going to be ready until 9:30pm it is now 10:30 pm and still haven't received anything. I've call the store gotten noanswer and called corporate they've transferred me 3 times. We stood at the counter for 20 minutes of yelling ?hello?. Left the door open so they can hear the buzzard and still no service... upfront. Yelled ?hello? over a thousand times. If we hadn?t pre-ordered I would have left. There was a lady standing behind thefood warmer and didn?t even acknowledge that we were at the counter. The cook was busy cooking and probably the only person whowas doing their job. He answered and said someone will be there shortly. Another 8 minutes a guy came to the front and didn?tsay anything like sorry for that just how can I help you! Undercooked.. I ordered a large stuffed crust, cheese pizza and a double pepperoni Detroit style pizza today. Got home and... everyone took a slice and it was so doughy we couldn?t even eat it. Update: Tried to give this place another chance. Wish I could give 0 stars. The staff working last night was absolutely... horrible. Myself and multiple other people were waiting for over 30 mins. Many of the staff member would walk by and not evenacknowledge us. The girl working the cashier would say my pizza would be ready in 2-3 mins and then disappear for 15 mins. Wecould hear the staff arguing in the back, which is extremely unprofessional. It seemed like there were a bunch of teenagersworking with no one managing them. My pizza was supposed to be ready at 8:25 pm, I didn?t end up getting it until 9 pm. HORRIBLEservice with very unpleasant staff. Not to mention the place is a disaster. Will not come back to this location. Originalreview: I ordered my pizza for delivery, estimate time was 45-55 mins. Horrible Customer Service I placed my order got a text saying it was canceled but clearly the money was already taken off my... card so I call to see what was going with the order , had to call 3 times before my call was answered an informed of no deliverydriver for 20 mins after I already had to wait the 25 mins they said it would take so I told them since the pizza was stillthere I want to pick it up , got there in 10 mins to find out pizza was gone. Horrible experience with what will be my last order of Pizza Hut. Order placed at 7:10pm and I did not receive it until 9pm.... Starting at 8:20pm I attempted to call the store three time only to sit on hold for over 15 minutes twice before giving up andbeing disconnected immediately when going through the menu like I was placing a new order. Don't order from here if you arehungry unless you plan to eat something else before it arrives. PS the food was lukewarm and so was the 2 liter of soda. Read more
