Horrible quality and delivery. Pizza and breadsticks were cold, actually not even warm. Chicken on the BBQ pizza was dried... out. Fewer breadsticks than usual, not sure if given less or the less for the same price practice. Driver brought the wrongsoda. Sticker was printed an hour before arrival. Read more

Ordered a pizza and 2 papadillas. What I got was a pizza and for each papadilla 4 more slices of pizza thrown on top of each... other to attempt to make it a sandwich. This company charged me for 3 pizzas that were NEVER delivered!!!!! Then have the audacity to tell me that they refunded my... order in cash to whomever I sent to the store. First of all never sent anyone to the store to get a charged from my credit cardrefund because I don't know anyone in Las Vegas, second when a credit card is charged and a refund is issued it goes back to theoriginal form of payment not cash. Also why would you not ask for identification when handing over a supposed cash refund? Poorbusiness practices. I would also like to add that that the driver was rude when speaking to him on the phone who the managerthought would be a good idea to put in the phone and let him be rude and sarcastic with a customer. I have a video doorbellcamera as well so I have proof that there was never a delivery made AND I live in a gated community so he would've had tocontact me to be let in the community in the first place! I've never received a email receipt saying that the charges on my cardwere reversed from them, never stepped foot in the store and they are still REFUSING to refund my ONLINE order that was paidwith a credit card and not with cash! Their policy is per the store manager at this location is not to give refunds. Poorbusiness practices all around! Poor customer service, poor company policy, and they need to re-evaluate who they hire! Needlessto say I will never give Papa John's my business EVER again. There are plenty of other pizza companies. Never in my life have Iever had such an issue with getting a refund. People I highly advise you to choose a BETTER pizza company. Now let me findcorporates number. Horrible horrible service! I ordered 3 pizzas at 614. At 803 I was delivered 2 boxes of bread sticks! When I called to complain... I was told it was Uber eats fault! When I told her she should complain she said that I should. But I didn't order thru Uber, Iordered thru the website. She acted like she was doing me a favor by correcting the issue all while yelling at what sounded likea bunch of children in the background!!! Highly disappointed. Read more

I decided to try this pizza joint since I've never had papa John's. I placed an order online. 10 minutes later I received a... notice that my order was ready to pick up. I thought that was weird since it usually takes about 30 minutes to pick up fromother pizza places. I went to go pick up the pizza and it turns out the dough was under cooked. I have a feeling they rushed toget the order out but didn't check if the food was cooked properly. I may give papa John's another try in the future but it maybe a long while. Read more

If you like crust and trash center pizza this is the place for you. Tired of plain old pizza joints? Tired of ordering a large... and getting a large? For only 60 bucks you can enjoy not 1 not 2 but a whole ring of burnt crust with the smallest amount ofcheese and ronies. Trying to fit into that bathing suit this or next summer? With all this bread the chances are "slim" terribleservice. Terrible pizza all 3 of them were like this. This one however was the most attractive. Never again Papa. Read more
