While staying at Aliante Resort and Spa we decided to have dinner at MRKT. Only negative is they have very limited hours from... 5-10 pm on most evenings. So you need to plan accordingly to reserve a table. First service was excellent as our waiter washelpful, informative and pleasant. We went with the 16 oz NY Strip was cooked to perfection and delicious. My significant otherhad the 7 oz fillet mignon which she had nothing but great things to say. We also had sides including the stuffed baked potato(I've had better), Mac and cheese and brussel sprouts. They were all huge portions and complimented our steaks. Started thingsoff with some very warm and fresh French bread and pretzel buns which were very good. Merlot recommended it was a perfect matchfor the meat prepared as well. Prices were commensurate with most larger scale Vegas steakhouses. That being said you will dropa minimum of $200 for two. This doesn't include any extra bar drinks or desserts. Overall a nice experience at MRKT and wouldrecommend if staying at Aliante or immediate area. Read more

Nice seating rooms, overall good service. Food was good. Our #1 primary issue with MRKT was the extreme wait time for the... entrees. That spoiled the dinner experience. For a steakhouse that's a bit on the pricier side, the service has got to befaster. Acknowledge the guests. Ask if there is anything you can get them. Apologize for the long delays etc... Read more

Full disclosure. I've reviewed this restaurant before. But this time we ordered dinner instead off the lounge menu. We like the... lounge area so we asked to be seated in one of their booths. We had read about their Chateaubrion special and decided that waswhat we would like to have. Of course they started off with the wonderful pretzel rolls. Crunchy on the outside soft on theinside, lightly salted. Yummy. We shared a caesar salad that came in separate dishes one for each of us. It was nicely choppedin small bites, which I really enjoyed instead of having to cut big pieces of romaine. We both loved the salad, but it was stilljust a little bit too much for each of us to eat. We ordered the Chateaubriand medium rare. For me it was perfectly cooked, mypartner likes it a little more done. He really enjoyed the end cuts with a little bit of that crispy Browning. It was cut tableside, and served with creamy cloud like buttery mashed potatoes. In addition we ordered the grilled asparagus, which was peeledseasoned and lovely grill marks. Done to perfection and tasted delicious. The Chateaubriand was fork tender. The outside crustedwith amazing seasoning, completely surrounding each slice. I don't know what was the best part but we both loved the outsidering. For dessert we had warm butter cake, strawberries and raspberries on the side, with vanilla ice cream on top of the cake. The cake was indeed warm, and a spoonful with vanilla ice cream melting on it, and a couple strawberries..... Heaven. We endedthe evening with French press coffee. We had a wonderful meal. The only very small negative was we felt a bit neglected. Thebar/lounge was very busy. Our waiter was the bartender. The lounge was extremely busy, and It was obvious he was busy. Once wewere able to get his attention, he was very professional and certainly did his best to take care of us. All together a lovelyevening. Read more

Cozy atmosphere and nice decor. Appetizers were good. Steaks were well seasoned and cooked well. The scallops were a little... overcooked and a bit of a fishy taste. The sides were not anything special and tasted fine. Read more

My sister took myself and my nephew there. It?s a nice place and food was pretty good but my steak was tough cooked medium rare.... The quality of the steak for the price wasn?t worth it. Mac n cheese, salad and mashed potatoes were good. Desert chocolate cakereally nice. Lime cilantro sauce for the steak was ok. Staff super friendly but I?d pick a different steak place next time.
