They have a person taking orders in the drive through and making drinks. So she has a hard time doing both. Which that takes us... to getting my order all wrong and then they make me wait longer on the side to replace items I change because she kept mixing upmy order and still got all the items wrong. Ordered through Ubereats 40 minutes before dinner menu closed, when driver showed up, they said they were ?restarting? their... systems and they would get on the order after. That was 20 minutes before menu closes. Than once the menu closed, they said theorder doesn?t exist and that they only do breakfast. This was the second time they?ve done this. 09/01/2022. Place order for 2 large Frappe's with no whip cream. Because I'm lactose intolerant. But was sent 2 drinks with whip... cream on top. Thru uber eats. Order: 1655 Whole order wrong, very upset. Pay attention to the receipt and what customers want!Unhappy. Read more
This was the worst experience at any McDonald's EVER. and that is saying something cuz I hate McDonald's. Was parked for over 30... minutes along with about 10 other cars and the weren't even busy inside. Cars parked prior to me we're still waiting, when Ifinally left. The only person that wasn't rude was the young girl doing front register. And she was being treated poorly bystaff and management! They had no clue what they were doing and they WERENT understaffed they had at least 15 people working.And they wouldn't give me a refund either. NEVER AGAIN.
