As soon as we walked in we were greeted at the door. Walked us through the steps to order on the kiosk. Called me by name. Very... fast and friendly here. It was 9:00 a.m. very clean and efficient McDonalds I have ever been in. Employees always cleaning andas we were enjoying our coffee, we approached a couple of times to see if we needed anything. Best McDonalds I have ever beento. Read more

It not the McDonald's we grew up with last century. Kiosks are the best way to order. Young staff but all were customer focused... when you saw them. Today the staff spends much more time in the back preparing orders. Read more

Worst McDonald's ever, no cash register inside, had to use my card to buy a coffee $1.07 unbelievable that I have to use my card... for a $1.00 item. Nothing in lobby, no napkins, no ice, no sugars, nothing. You have to ask staff for anything you want, andthat takes forever. This is not customer friendly. Priority always goes to drive-thru. ???????????? Read more

The food I got was absolutely disappointing. My wife and kids had late-night cravings, they asked for McDonald's. Never again... will I go to this location. They cut the cheese into a small portions, instead of a full slice for a sandwich. The fish filetwas old and hard and with just a hint of sauce. Couldn?t even finish eating their sandwiches. Our double order of fries was oldand dry. I recommend anyone going to this location should check their bags before leaving.. Read more

This McDonald's has been a nice experience as of lately. There is a young man I believe name is Jamar, he is so respectful, well... mannered, and helpful. He makes me feel like I'm welcomed as opposed to a bother. Also there is an older lady who also makes mefeel welcomed she tells me good morning by name. There is a older male with braids who also is helpful and friendly. Keep up thegreat work. You have a good team. Read more

Avoid at all cost huge waste of time!!!!!! Terrible service can't believe you don't have anyone in the restaurant that can take... a patrons order and cash transaction. You would rather take that order through the drive thru which is all backed up and 5 to 10cars deep just wasting people's time. Then after you pay this terrible excuse of an establishment they make you wait aroundfront for your food. You all need an education in customer service. On top of that thank you so much for the extra pickles awhole whopping 1 pickles place is a joke. Read more

It seemed the line was very long. It took 13 minutes to get to the speaker, then when we got to the window waited there 2... minutes. The personel working the window was pleasant but it seemed as though everyone one was confused or in chaos. Lookinginside everyone was running in all directions 2 people actually ran into each other. I had 2 orders one with nuggets, one with afillet o fish. The nuggets were fine, but the fillet was made special (adding pickles). When the fillet order was delivered itdidn't have tartar sauce, so I had to go to the door, to which an employee just looked at me because the doors were locked. Shefinally opened the door and got a manager, told her and it was supposedly replaced. My wife bit into the new sandwich and saidit was stale and old. (like it had been under the heater for a long time). They didn't open the door this time so I called, theysaid they could no longer open the door, and that we had to go through the drive thru. Funny enough there was another line butthis one went through very fast (within 2 minutes). Told them what was said on the phone, the same individual from the windowunderstood and took the bag to remake the order. The order came hot and fresh and it had fries (yay), problem was the filletwas overcooked, hard and crispy like popeyes chicken all of the way through the fish. She pulled it apart like a cracker. Thepickles both times were dry like they had been sitting out. By that point the wife was upset and didnt care anymore. So we left. Read more
