Service was good. The food, on the other hand, not so much. Fries were cold, burger was made sloppy and over seasoned, crispy... chicken was dry and made wrong (asked for no pickles, had pickles, asked for shredded lettuce instead of leaf lettuce, there wasno lettuce at all). Came here at 1:30am was told that they were only accepting cash so I went to get cash inside the gas station. Ordered my food,... when k got home I came to find out that my filet-O-fish was stale as hell, not fresh. Seemed like it was sitting there the wholeday and they didn?t put cheese. I asked for extra tarter sauce and they couldn?t even do that. Definitely disappointed with thefood I got at this location. Not going there anymore. Staff wasn?t friendly either. Read more
At 10:15 PM September 9 Friday, I came through the drive-through, I waited in line for 25 minutes just to place the order. I... place my order requesting a strawberry shake. I was told that the shake machine had been cut off. Without being argumentative Istated that I have been in line for 25 minutes and they should at least have a sign out there stating that fact before you enterthe drive-through line. The McDonald?s employee sarcastically answered ?I?m gonna make a sign a especially for you? howdisrespectful to answer like that. I think it was a good suggestion considering that I did wait in line almost a half an hourto be told that the shake machine had been cut off. This is not the first time I?ve had an issue with this McDonald?s, lasttime the franchise owner came in with his kids, they didn?t even wash their hands but they were cooking their own hamburgers onthe grill handling the utensils and the food. The kids look like they were around seven and eight years old. The franchise ownerof that McDonald?s has just lost a customer, but I?m sure it won?t make a Difference, because of his location at Aun Road andSimmons, there?s a Lotta traffic coming into McDonald?s. This McDonald?s is trash. They are slow, get orders wrong, and worst of all, they have terrible attitudes and customer service.... My wife politely told the female in the drive-thru that the drink was supposed to be a large, and she replied ?it says medium?and handed her a medium. The large fry was half full, we were missing a burger, and we asked for extra mayo on a Hot & Spicy andsomehow got less mayo than usual. Corporate needs to crack down on this place. Go to the McDonald?s on Decatur/Lone Mountaininstead. Read more
Apparently I'm a gluten for punishment because this is the SLOWEST McDonald's ever!!!! I ordered a double cheeseburger that was... cold with a slice and a half of cheese. If I could give LESS stars or NONE I would! this Mcdonlds can't seem to get anything right ESPECAILLY their filet of fish! I... asked that my order be cooked fresh not a fish that's been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. They made me wait in the pick upline because the order would take longer SO I'm thinking it will be piping hot! They brought my food to me and I drovehome...WHOEVER made the order must've been mad they had to do a few minutes extra work because what I found with my filets offish when I got home was horrible! THEY GAVE ME HEAT LAMP STALE FISH!! The fries were piping hot...The filets were COLD, STALE,DRY (not enough tarter sauce) NO CHEESE that it's supposed to come with and the two filet of fish meals Cost me $19.05!!! I have visted this restaurant a lot and the service is great they were fast and respectful. This problem I have is not with the... employees but more the restaurant it self kinda. Me and my sister had normally ordered our food on the kiosks and got it andleft, when we got home to eat while she was eating she found out the was a bone in her chicken nugget it wasn?t long but stillenough to make us gag . I don?t know what this review will do really I just wanted to vent because this was kinda really nasty.The buffalo sauce is there for reference. It took a pretty long time to get our food, and we one had 1 car ahead of us. Which wasn't the issue. The issue was that the... fries were barely warm at best. Which makes them not edible, in my opinion. Then after we got home (to our Air B&B), We foundout that they didn't give us ANY of the SAUCES for the nuggets we ordered and they too were cold and once warmed up in themicrowave for less than 30 seconds became only dog treats since they were dry and again no sauces we ordered. Not even 1. So I'massuming our nuggets and fries had been left under the warmer from a prior order and been pulled out and put in bag when orderedbut due to how long it took to get to the window they were cold and dried out.
