I can't justify paying $3 for a tiny taco from a truck. They do not have the overhead that a restaurant has. Monthly lease,... utilities, etc. Taco truck should be no more than $2. Taco. Do that and they will sell lots of tacos. Unless they are homemadecorn tortillas, pressed and made fresh in front of you and a larger size tortilla then they might be worth $3. Read more
I should have taken a photo before diving in. I ordered one of each taco (3) and after eating a bite of the steak and dove in.... Marinate on the meat is perfectly flavored. Ate the second with whole chunks of pineapple in it and devoured it.
