Their service sucks it takes forever for them to make your food and have it ready if they even remember what your order is I... went there a couple days ago and I ordered two orders of their chicken tender specials for $7.59 which comes with four chickentenders and a biscuit I know ridiculous prices for so little but anyways I paid for both and when it came up for me to get myorder they charged me for both but only gave me one and said that they did not have two on the ticket but I clearly ordered toand they insist on not giving you a receipt so I had a very bad experience plus the wait time for the food is ridiculous veryvery poor service from the cashiers as far as the cooks of the food I can't complain they did a good job but the conveniencestore itself needs a lot of work Read more
The woman was loud and rude! One white lady and one black lady, my husband and I walked in and was looking at the menu the black... lady yelled at us ?idk why y?all are looking up there! The worst place to order chicken from. The guys that work there were so high and incompetent and slow. They didn't understand,... they were all over the place got our order wrong 3 fkin times. The chicken was old no sides. Where is the manager at?. Whathappen to good customer service. ???? They need to hire ppl who take there job serious and not just there for a check. There were 5 people behind the register; yet it took 20 minutes before my order could even be paid for because the girl helping... me kept jumping back and forth from the register to the slot machines and had me standing there forever. Krispy Krunchy fried chicken is always tasty and fresh any time of the day. I visited the location in North Las Vegas @ 6pm and... there was an ample crowd of people waiting for their chicken orders. Unfortunately, the number of waiting customers did notprompt the employees to exhibit any sense of urgency. If anything, it seemed to slow down the process. Anyway, the orders wereeventually bagged and the names were called. The 2, 3 or 4 piece chicken meals only includes a biscuit to make it a meal. A sidecan be purchased for $2.99 ea. There are a nice variety of sides that are typically seen at most chicken places. I had the 3piece all-white meat and received a breast and 2 wings. The chicken was good and crispy and I ordered a side of mac and cheese.Maybe there are better times to go but when you go be patient as the food will be served and worth the wait.???????????? This is actually great to be gas station food as they say. The establishment was clean and the chicken with sides was fresh... which exceeded our expectations! The potato wedges are not over cooked or greasy but just right. The biscuits with the honeyglaze over the top is like eating candy, and that is sweet and good! The tenders and chicken was fried to perfection. Thechicken was very moist with a nice cajun seasoning on the inside of the meat which gave it that bayou flavor.
