On Sunday I had a serious customer service issue here and left a one star review. Today I was able to get back and speak with... Karina, the manager. She listened to my frustration regarding the situation and made up for the inconvenience. It would havebeen nice not to have had the situation on Sunday, but the fact that management does not support those actions and is willing tomake up for it rather than make excuses, merits an upgrade to five stars. I have zero complaints. The reason why I'm not giving this place a 5 stars is because i went to give a tip for a really good... service and the employee told they're not allowed to take tips. Let me know when this change and I'll come back. It's not right,i would do that to my employees. Not sure what's a reasonable concept behind this decision. Read more
It's Krispy Kreme so come on, best donuts ever, people are friendly, great selection of donuts, kind of more expensive then... other donuts but everything now days is, but you also pay for quality, sometimes you can find a coupon and get a deal betterthen other places, also it's fun to see the donuts being made, and nothing like a fresh hot donut. Poor customer service. Stood waiting at register with 3 workers standing around, no offer to help. When I finally got their... attention, they said "you have to go over there to place your order" like I'm supposed to know where to go, so, she takes myorder and tells me to go back to the register. That didn't even make any sense, why couldn't she walk over to me in the firstplace and ask me if she could help me, instead making a customer feel stupid because they weren't in the right place to take anorder and with an attitude ???????????????? shame on you Krispy Kreme you can do a lot better than this. Can you believe they ran out of Glazed Donut, that's what is there foundation it was a mess last Wednesday they were out of... donuts for two and a half hours. We got there at 4:10 they told us there would be no donuts for an hour, not just out of donutsbut the attitude of the employee we talked to was so unconcerned and seemed to not care.
