Holy moly. Our food was old abd dry. Several popcorn chicken was just battery with no chicken. I try and be as nice as... possible but wow the guy who took our order was just awful. Honestly, Don't even know why it allows to give a single star! This establishment is totally run down! Everytime I visit their... at all kids working around 15 I'd say! Not that that exactly matters but when it comes to getting the same order wrong 4 timesin a row while absolutely no rush was going on Is just ridiculous! This is the worst establishment ever on three separate occasions I have came here at three various times usually closer to about... 8:00 because I work graveyard so I stop by here on my way into the hospital to pick up my lunch. On three separate occasions Ihave ordered various different items off the menu and I was told either they can't fulfill the order because they don't haveenough for those pieces or that they're out of chicken on my third time coming I finally just went and said does your managerknow that you guys have already cleaned the fryer because you're trying to go home because your sign says you guys don't closeuntil 10:30. I have went down the entire menu just to see how many excuses.Each item was "UNAVAILABLE" I eventually asked for 1chicken finger and 1 chicken leg NOPE not enough.Drove around and of course you could see them cleaning up.Plus ALL THE LIGHTSTURNED OFF. I'm giving 5 ?'s for Toya the cashier who rocked. I went in for take out and she took my order. She handed me my bags and... repeated everything to me. Not one thing was missing. Food quality has gone down a bit. The mashed potatoes weren't creamy atall. They we're actually dry and lumpy. WORST MANAGER & KFC EVER! I WAS SERVED A BOWL OF CORN & GRAVY!! Absolutely atrocious service, the manager (she was probably in... her 30s, braided hair, possibly red in her braids with long nails) was confused when I ordered no chicken on 1 famous bowl &extra gravy and corn on 2 other famous bowls. Because of this confusion she got extremely irritated with me, and served me abowl of gravy and corn. Yes, corporate will be handling this further. Arrive at 8:30. The guy told me it will be 15 minutes for original. I said that?s cool and then the lady told him we?re not... cooking no original tonight only crispy for the rest of the night.
