Stopped by for a quick lunch. Very happy with my choice. The chicken was fresh, hot and seems like the pieces were larger than... before. Then again, I could have just been overly hungry. The employees were all friendly and I heard them interacting withother customers while I enjoyed my lunch. One lady in particular was very helpful with an elderly man having trouble orderingwhat he wanted compared to their menu. She very patiently helped him get the exact pieces and sides that he required. I wasimpressed and happy that he got what he wanted even though it wasn't on the menu. I ordered 3pc chicken tenders meal. She repeated my order back and I said why is the total $11?. Chicken tender meal is $7,99.... No answer. When I got home it was 3pc chicken. She over charged me & gave me the wrong food ! Read more

The young lady at the widow was rude and they didn't have no Dr Pepper and as I reached for my bag I asked her if I had... silverware in the bag ,a straw and napkins she said yeah and I told her have a good day, she just closed the window on me. Great service and food. Only knocked a star because the portion sizes have gotten smaller and price gone up.
For 3 years I?ve only given them around 5-6 chances to improve and they?ve consistently been the worst KFC I?ve ever been to in... my 60 years. Yum Brands should force them to get it together or strip the franchise from them and let them do ghetto mom and popshop. Read more
