Seriously if you want to eat KFC ???? choose another one. We live super close to this store and every time (I mean 7 out of 8... times we've been here) everyone working is too busy talking to each other or someone that works there but is off that dayinstead of making the orders in a timely manner. It has more of a if you're looking for a standard in service or even in commonsense go elsewhere. Last time I'll go here. Let the clowns ???? have the circus ????. I went through the drive-thru on a Thursday night at 7:30 p.m. I was only one of two cars there. I ordered an eight piece bucket... of chicken, original recipe and a chicken pot pie. When I arrived home there was no pot pie in my bag and the chicken was amixture of extra crispy and original. As I was opening the door, the employees were looking at me like please don?t come in. Please go elsewhere. But I proceeded... because I wanted to buy food. They didn?t have a register in the front so they took my card and processed it through drivethrough. No big deal but the cashier held on to it too long. ????I?ll bring cash next time I dine here. I moved here last year and every single time I order food through the drive-thru at this location the customer service is... horrible. They are incredibly rude and act as if you?re bothering them. I?m usually a nice person and patient when ordering buttonight it took all I had not to say something. A young African American man, who?s name is not on the receipt, had a terriblebedside manner. I?ve noticed the younger generation in the food industry really tear down a companies reputation. I highlysuggest you go on their website and file a complaint. Maybe they?ll hire better people. If you don?t like your job, please quitso others can jump on the opportunity, especially in this economy. I hate complaining but after having a hard day this is thelast thing I needed to deal with. Good service with warm food. No cold fries here. I like their chicken tender combo which comes with 5 tenders, fries, one... biscuit, and coleslaw. Expect a short wait on tenders outside of peak times, but they are worth it. Read more
I rated today's visit a 2 only because I waited for more than 30 minutes on a 16 piece meal, but I was notified at the window.... Despite that, the food was on point. I try to avoid KFC as much as possible because their chicken has not been A1 lately, butthe kids love it there. Our original bucket of chicken was fresh and tasted very well seasoned. The fries were delicious as wellas the biscuits. Overall, I would've given it 4 stars if I didn't wait longer than I should. Read more
There was 1 car in front of me , 5 minute wait for chicken strips and the lady was extremely rude about it. She definitely gave... off the feeling she did not like her job and after I changed my order to suit their time it was still wrong. I've given thislocation many tries. I'm finally done! Read more
