Subs are up to par, however the past three separate times I have called, no one has picked up the phone. Either hire on more... workers, or answer and put people on a brief hold?but you are losing loyal customers when this happens. You know who alwaysanswers the phone? Capriotti?s Edit: just walked in to order and the phone rang 3 separate times. Both workers on shift didn'teven flinch and they were busy the entire time I was there. They need help. Read more

The service was really good. I enjoyed prompt and on top of the orders, and the staff was very polite. I have not been... disappointed with a Big Kahuna. The atmosphere is the typical generic store, but at least the people to include customers werechill. Read more

I love Jersey Mike?s ingredients as they are freshly sliced and break is always fresh. This location meat was very minimal... compared to other locations. I asked them to weigh meat and they did so on a used paper that was on the scale. Says it metqualifications. Fortunately I bought a large and moved meat from one half to make a decent regular sandwich. Onions were oldas well so I threw out the onions. The staff was young and friendly so I don?t blame them. Management come on, we know what aJersey Mikes subway should look like. Read more

Manager AMANDA was very rude over the phone. Had asked when the best time to come in for an interview was and she yelled and... said ? your calling at 5pm on a Friday ! call us back when we?re not busy ?. As if I know when they are busy . If this is howmanagement is I could only imagine how terrible the place must be for employees and the stress they go through with a managerwith that kind of attitude. Read more

I was greeted but when they wiped down the counter it was still wet and put my sandwich on it. I said something and she was nice... to get me another bottom piece of bread. She said that there protocol is to put one half of the bread next to the cutting board. The bread should be places on the wrapping paper in my opinion. That?s the only thing I found dirty about this particular Mikes. Please address this with your employees. Read more

Courtney the manager (although I never see her anymore) and Anissa are the best. Anissa has excellent customer service skills... and she hustles her butt off. Great work ethics which is rare for people her age these days. I've had the pleasure of knowingCourtney since I moved here in 2015 and met Anissa last year. Anissa definitely deserves to be promoted is some form or fashionas she truly cares about her customers. Read more

I love Jersey Mikes!! Wherever I go they have great service. I always have special orders because I have kids and I?m also the... pickiest eater ever. They always accommodate without a hassle. I had a change for my online order and got no hassle at all. Thestaff is amazing and the food is amazing. I would recommend this place above any other sandwich shop. Everyone in the family isalways happy with the quality and taste. Thanks again. Read more

This use to be one of my favorite sandwich places but I don?t know what happened to the place. I used to get the tuna because it... was so good before. We got two tuna sandwiches today and it was the worst sandwiches we?ve ever had. They had absolutely noflavor to the tuna and were dripping white water as if the mayo was the consistency of milk. The produce was not as fresh as Iremember or maybe it was just too wet to tell. It was like they poured water on the sandwiches and washed away all the flavorand soaked the bread. We won?t be coming back to this location again. Read more
