The crew team at this location are awesome???? Fast, efficient service, while cars were piling up was amazing to see them get... through. I had to come through a second time to get another order and total time I waited was no more than 15 min between thetwo pick ups. Keep up the good work team???????????????? Read more

We ordered 40 chicken nuggets, they didn?t give us any ranch. we asked for ranch and they said they?d have to charge us more for... ranch. I go to this jack in the box regularly. I also go to the one on camino el Norte and the one on centennial..this one is the worst... .so many reasons .new guy had a huge attitude with me ..and I went by tonight and asked for a senior discount which I always gethere and the other stores ..this one all of a sudden said they don't have one and I said I just got it the other day guy andlady said that it discontinued and the registers were update so they can't do it ..also this is the only store that says thegood good sauce discontinued when I ask for it ..the other stores have it also got a salad and couldn't the southwest dressingbecause they didn't have it ..I actually had to go to another one just to get the dressing..I agree with the other review onhere about the crew needing to be properly trained and Noone should be on drive thru with a bad attitude towards customers Read more

One of the staff attended to charge me $15 for the club casear salad. Hopefully staff is not attempting to cover the cost of... personal meals here. The salad, if I add one extra pattie totals to around $10.65 not $15. Management needs to look into this Read more

If I could put negative stars I definitely would. The customer service in this facility is absolutely atrocious. I went through... the drive through with my husband (who is black) and grandmother and ordered 3 meals. As we pulled up to the window Tulsa neveracknowledged my husband as he spoke to her and she looked right past him and only spoke to me who was not even speaking to her.Can we say racism? We went home to find out one of the orders were wrong. My husband went back to to get it corrected and hadthe window shut in his face and was told he needed to go back home and bring the wrong order back because he was at fault fornot checking the receipt. #1 per health code protocols the facility is not to take the wrong order back due to a health codeviolation. However, the supervisor on shift Tulsa N., along with the rest of the facility do not understand proper customerservice and obviously do not understand proper health code protocols. This continued to the point where the manager Liz had tobe called at home from my husbands personal phone to continue to be questioned which this whole scene lasted more than 20minutes. Honestly, I am writing this because I have never felt so disrespected and racially profiled. I do hope corporate willlook into this situation and have it handled properly. If proof is needed, the whole encounter was recorded. Training needs tobe done on all staff members if you plan on serving the public. Last I checked, getting food should not be so disrespectful andunprofessional. If I can find a way to post the video trust me I will and this facility will be tagged. OKAY so the food was okay. Could have been hotter. Especially for breakfast. They weren't busy. Just my car and one other van... behind me. My problem was the customer service in the drive through. When I got to the Window to USE MY TAP TO pay the man justyelled WE DONT HAVE APPLE PAY. I SAID ITS GOOGLE PAY. He responded again with a rude condescending tone that they don't havethat either. Just cash or cards he a abruptly interrupted me for the second time. Making me feel like it was my fault for usingmy right to contactless payments. I gave him a card and payed. Not once did he say anything apologetic for not being able toaccommodate me or ask me if I wanted any condiments or thank me for choosing Jack in the box.
