Let me start by saying I?m not one to leave reviews especially negative ones but this particular location encouraged me to do... so. Their customer service was non-existent. I walked Into the restaurant I was The only one in there to be assisted. Now I?mnot a jerk I saw That they were short of staff so no big deal. The prob was that no one even acknowledged that I was standingthere for over 3min I stood There just to see if someone would say something( anything) to me. Even if it was saying ?we will bewith you shortly?.. nope! Nothing. When I did Say ?hello?.. they looked over around a corner with heavy Attitude to say ?We?llbe with you?? This customer service was unacceptable. It doesn?t take much to just simply say to the customers that walk in ?we will be wired you shortly? Or something to that magnitude. But instead I received attitude. Do better or hire people who canat least let the customer know they are busy and will be helped shortly I left And went to another jack in the box. Read more

At least item in your order will be either incorrect or they don't give you the item you paid for. I have had to get refunded... for my transaction multiple times at this location. Read more
I decided to grab some Jack for dinner, went through the drive thru, noticed the big sign that says, "Dine in now open!" But... noticed that's not true. They scratched off the dine in hours on the drive thru window but I didn't care I was in the drivethru. Got my things and I drove off. I decided to check my bags and I was missing a few things. I couldn't reverse in the drivethru, so I parked by the front door and tried opening the doors but they were locked. I kept making noise at the front door tosee if someone would come but no one came to the door. I called the phone number on the receipt 6 times and no answer. I reallydidn't want to walk up to the window but I had to because the line had 8 cars in the drive thru. I asked for my things, showedthe receipt and she gave them to me. First let me say this Jack in the Box closes @1030 at night WHY?? Secondly I went tonight and this is what they served my... family!! That's suppose to be a sourdough Jack its not done, and it was cold, the egg rolls were burnt as u can see!!!! Verydisappointing ???? Read more
