This jack in the box is horrible. My order was wrong and they did not apologize. I went to the door and the lady ignored me. I... rarely get good service. Idk who the manager is but it starts from the top and either the manager is horrible or the districtmanager is. If this is just a stand alone franchise then shame on jack in the box! It sucks there is no customer service thesedays. The prices are high and they act like you are trying to get over if you expect something taken off or a courtesy drink item for being inconvenienced.
