This restaurant is the most consistent fast food chain for quality in food preparation, cleanliness of facility, uniforms, ... professional courteous service, and hours of operation. I try other fast food restaurants from time to time. I have mydisappointments with them from time to time and try another location or something. But, In-N-Out Burger ???? is my rock. I cancount on its unwaivering tradition. This restaurant chain deserves a 5 ???? rating, but I have given it a 4. I must acknowledgethat even though eating melted cheese from the burger wrapper is a little enjoyable and tasty, it is not possible to reclaim allthe cheese from the paper. Read more
The burgers here still taste the way they used to 20 years ago. And their prices aren't too unreasonable. Their Double-Double... (#1) is close to the same cost for a Big Mac at McDonald's. Their burger patties are larger here too. Read more
This review is for Ms. Vanessa. It was the first time my kids been to in n out and she was just so sweet. Asked her about a... sauce and you guys don?t have it BUT she gave us options and made sure we had everything we needed. This may not be much to somebut I?m big on customer service and she did an amazing job. This was via drive thru too. Thank Vanessa for doing your job with asmile. We will be back for sure. Read more
This In N Out is above any other in my opinion. A while ago I was in drive thru and forgot my wallet, thankfully I was able to... take the food and come back a few minutes later to pay. Manager made a very embarrassing experience in to an awesome one! Read more
