Food is real good just pricey, Def come during happy hour. Service animal friendly. Staffs great and BBQ sandwich was good.... Could use more mass bus then again my eyes are bigger than my stomach. Went in arround 2pm to eat lunch with my family the waitress I originally got which was Katia , Katie I don?t remember her name... was not as efficient with her job and brought my drinks till the end so I asked another employee which was ?Javier? if he couldhelp me out with drinks and he kindly stopped to assist me and was very helpful and had a great attitude!!! Just left IHOP on Craig and Clayton. Horrible experience! I walked in and the manager greeted me right away. And said my... server would be with me in a few minutes because he was the only one working. I said ok but, looking around there was only 2other tables and they already had their food. The server JAKE walked by me twice and never said a word. 19 minutes later I hadwaited long enough. I then walked over to the manager and JAKE the server follows me over. I told the manager I was nevergreeted by my server and it's been 19 minutes . He apologized right away and offered me free food when I come back. I saidthanks but, I don't know about this location. Very busy, great vibe. Wait staff superb! It's nice to go to IHop. Even during breakfast hours, like today, I was able to order... a burger and fries! Plus, my morning tea. My sweetheart had a traditional breakfast. Huge portions, he ate every bite! Read more
Ihop seems it can be hit or miss, this location is not bad. Our experience was good and our server was very good. The food was... typical for chain stores like this. Food was prepared correctly and no real complaints. The kitchen seemed short staffed and ittook a little longer to get our food, but not a bad experience. Read more
Food looks delicious and tastes was good. I was envied by a staff member for my fish meal. ????????????. Overall excellent.... Friendly staff yet professional and I certainly will recommend their service to friends,colleagues and family. The onlyrestaurant I notice have a hand sanitizer hanging on the wall. Very Hygienic.
