While the wait can be longer than other drive thru locations I frequent, I believe that the coffee is better and the customer... service is superior at Dutch Bros Coffee. I love the flavor of the hot Eagle Eye Latte with a soft top! It?s creamy and not toosweet. Side note, I visited this location today because a ?popular coffeehouse? that is closer to me was out of two items Iwanted so I had to sit and wait until I could leave the drive thru, to leave empty handed. This wasn?t the first time. Manystores are having issues with supply and staffing so I focus on the convenience of not having to make the coffee myself -grateful I can afford it. Waited in line for quite a while. Girl came out and took my order. Once I got to the window I realized why the long wait, the... two girls inside were standing there talking/gossiping about other employees instead of making drinks. I finally had to tellthem to please hurry as I had to get to work. Read more
i love dutch bros but this location is just a mess. they have three lines at this location. this wouldn?t be a problem if they... didn?t have only one employee handling orders for all three lines. they also don?t take into account on who was there fist whichmeans 5 cars who got there after you will end up going before you which is pretty frustrating. Dutch bros is so weird to me. The flavors are so artifical it can be off putting. I'm not sure why so many people love it, but... it might just not be for me and my girlfriend. Staff is usually super nice and do a fantastic job though! Staff alone brings myrating up, and I still finish the drinks I've had there, but I don't think I will be stopping by regularly. Read more
I went to this location and I?ve never had a problem until today. I was in the middle lane and then two cars went on the left... and right lane, there was multiple cars and wait over 20 mins. As my lane was getting close to order the car on the left (wewere all ready to merge into one lane) wanted to cut in front of me then proceeded to honk, I honk back since it was my turn. Igot close to the car in front of me but not to the point of hitting them. The lady in the front comes out of her car and startscomplaining of why I honked and that I got super close when I explained why. She proceeded to get in her car and order, then Isee her point back at my car and then when it was my turn to order, two employees come out, one tells me that ?next time, thelanes goes as 1,2,3 and go to the shortest lane? then I tell her ?so it?s not first come first serve?? She said ?no it goes1,2,3 to make it go faster?. So I?ll be skipped? No, im not waiting in line for 20 mins (since they are slow) then have someonejust pulled up and get their drink first. Once I ordered, I paid for 7 drinks and as I?m waiting at the window I received a fewdirty stares from the employees. Wont be back at this slow location. Worst location, walk up is always closed and the average drive thru wait has been 30 min during peak hours. I love rainbow and... Charleston as well as Sahara. They?re super friendly and make drinks quickly. On Craig tell the kid who talks to you while youwait to get to work and get drinks out. Read more
