Was excited to stop by since we don't have Dunkin in Seattle, but the whole experience here was less than acceptable. I came by... through the drive through, and right off the bat the gentleman took a while to greet us. After greeted, we had to repeat ourorder multiple times. A few items were unavailable which is understandable however limiting yourself to saying "we don't havethat" isn't very customer friendly. After waiting for 10 minutes for him to open the window and take our payment (there was nocars in front of us by the way), then another 10 minutes for our stuff, I was yet again disappointed. I had asked for a regularcoffee with cream and sugar and a shot of espresso but instead I got a slightly coffee tasking blend of hot water and creamer.Extremely disappointed and quite frankly will never come back to this location when I'm in Vegas. All I ordered was two regular iced coffees with a shot of expresso and ended up waiting a half hour for them. There was only one... car ahead of me and they still took this long! Never coming here again. Read more

The customer service here was very amazing and one of the team member I think her name was Hiromi. She was amazing and went... above and beyond getting me my order. I have had terrible service here before but she make very simple and fast. Read more

Worst customer service I came here twice today ,once for a delivery, was literally invisible for 5 mins, then I was I would like... a donut and coffee literally sat in drive thru for 15 mins before they took my order and another 5 minutes waiting for my order Read more

I swear this store can't get it together. Stood there 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged that people were waiting on... drinks. Then told us that the espresso machine was broken. Meanwhile one coffee came out in that 10. There was, who I assume,was a manager because she was quick to tell the guy installing a camera that the toilet was broken but she didn't even appear tonotice that almost the entire staff was standing around or the 5 open tickets on the counter when they were doing so. It's awaste of time 9 times out of 10 going to this location. Read more

It was pretty busy at the time if my visit. Took some time to even get my order in. The service was decent. Guy said there... weren't any of some of our order when they were there in the display window. Again I think all that was moreso how manycustomers there were vs general bad service. We only started going to this location because it?s literally within walking distance of our house. But time and again they... would get my aunts orders wrong. And they were simple orders too, nothing ever complex, and they would still get them wrong.Most of the time my drinks were okay but lately they?ve been lacking on mine too. So I?m not sure if it?s the training or thelittle kids they?re hiring there but I think that some of their area or regional managers need to come in and supervise for aweek and see how horrendous it?s become. I mean I?m all for giving younger people a chance at a job but at least give them theproper tools and make sure they?re ready before you give them the reins to a store. Will finally be taking my businesselsewhere, it?s just become ridiculous. Read more

It was okay. I did a mobile order. Went through the drive through and they didn't have 6 of the 9 items I ordered. Everything... was replaced and they were nice but they also took a long time. On top of that the guy only gave me half my order and I had torequest the rest. Read more
