Horrible service was treated very poorly. I'm a grub hub driver I received a ping saying order ready for pickup I could see the... order and politely ask for it and I was told I will need to wait with a nasty tone. I just left the lobby of the dunkin donuts on Simmons, and this was the most unprofessional place I have ever been in. To start,... i have a 10 year old son who wanted Dunkin Donuts, but I am driving a large truck that is to large for their drive through 90degree turn, so we went inside. While standing in line I hear the employees arguing about someone taking a 40 min bathroombreak, the angry employee who's complaining about everything is also pacing back and forth with his face mask pulled down belowhis chin, breathing his hot breath all over the donuts. Then after standing there for 10mins listening to all of them arguing,he comes over to tell me and another lady that their going to close the lobby because their short staffed. Once I explained Icannot fit my truck through the drive through, he walks away with an attitude and loudly starts talking about how he told us thelobby is closed but we're still standing their, and he's cussing while telling this to another employee, then shoots us anannoyed look. I get that they might be short staffed, but maybe stop pacing back and forth complaining about everything and tryworking. My son wanted 1 donut, that would have taken 30 seconds of his time, but instead we ended up leaving because my sonsaid he could tell the guy was mad. How sad is that, that you couldn't do your job and made a 10 year old feel uncomfortable. Iwill never go there again! Read more
Went there this morning 6-30-2020 ordered two egg and cheese wraps and two bacon, egg and cheese croissants. Wraps were burned... so bad. Went back got a bagel and it was like rubber. NEVER AGAIN Read more
Just left this joke of an establishment. Wrong order for 2 out of the 4 of us that came in. Took forever. Got a ton of sass and... attitude from the staff, even with us remaining patient and polite. Wouldn?t even fix our orders. Word of advice, learn somepeople skills. What an absolute joke. Skip this Dunkin?. Read more
