The worst. I order on the app and every single time that I pull up, they instantly say my order was delivered. So it goes past 2... minutes all the time. When I confronted the manager about it, she told me that it's the apps fault and that the timing is off.How is that so when I can literally see the clock when I arrive and when you hand me my food??? Absolutely disgusting service. We had a issue with our cc number being stolen when ordering food. A worker kept saying the cc... info over and over out loud and was very rude about it when asked about it. I asked for a manager and was given the GM who wasright next to her. His name is Patrick. He is also extremely rude and disrespectful so I get why the employees are. I was toldin 30 minutes my food would arrive. Two hours later my food still was not here. I called back and got Patrick who was also rudeagain and told me oh your food hasn't came yet? Maybe the driver got lost. Mind you we order there a few times a week because myson is extremely picky. He then laughed. A hour after that we got our order. I went to the website to make a complaint onPatrick. The next day I got a phone call from Patrick that was recorded from beginning to end. When I told him the complaint wasagainst him and I didn't feel comfortable making a complaint with him I was told I was no longer would they deliver to me. Hewas extremely rude and disrespectful. I am giving everyone a fair warning be very careful giving your cc number out to them overthe phone they are shady. If you like late delivery, disrespectful customer service, wrong items, pizza flipped upside down, orvery sloppy made, this domino's is for you. As a human I feel I should let anyone visiting Las Vegas or who lives in Las Vegasknow this is the worst dominos in the entire Las Vegas and they don't even care. Watch for a YouTube video titled "Worst dominosin Las Vegas" in the next few days. I have recordings of the way they act and speak to customers. I filed a complaint with theBBB also. Was told pick up 20 min. Arrived on time and had to wait an additional 10. Would only allow us to use one coupon. Minimal... toppings, there were pieces that only had cheese. Now I remember why I don't go to Domino's. Read more
