I made a order with light tomato sauce but I got light cheese enstead, man they don't know how to read! Very disappointing!

Was so so in flavor, the thin crust was just bad and was not edible after cold! They do have an easy website to navigate and... order on. A good place to order when seeking a deal but forgoing flavor and I hate to say it "quality". 3 stars due to the factthey allow you to use the coupon online and not many places give that option, so I do give them credit for that! 2 weeks in a row my pizza was extremwly late being ready. My wife waited over 30 minutes in the store, after they said on the... website that the pizza was done. They had actually missed our order somehow. This place is not organized. I would recommendfinding another pizza place if you live close to this one. Read more
Pointless to order online. They pretend they will deliver but refuse to give an ETA or even answer the phone. If it's gonna... take two hours fine I understand but why not give a warning prior to placing the order? Waste of money and waste of time, Icould've ordered elsewhere. Read more

I ordered from Aliante Dominos in North Las Vegas Store #7496-DATE: 8/13/2021 6:03 PM order total $27.59....The order was fine... except for the pasta plate Chicken Alfredo. When I got my order home the pasta plate was burnt. I called the next day because Iwanted to order more food. I called the store and told the person who answered what happened the cashier told me I can'texchange the pasta because I didn't call to tell about it the same night WHAT?!!! I called LITERALLY THE NEXT DAY!! ...(I havethe burned plate AND my receipt even took a photo of the burnt food plate). I HAVE NEVER HEARD THAT A PAYING CUSTOMER CAN'TRETURN/EXCHANGE FOOD THAT WAS BURNED BY THE COMPANY YOU ORDER AND PAY FOR FOOD AKA PARTONIZING THE COMPANY! I asked for themanager "PATRICK" he told me that he can't exchange the pasta plate because I didn't call it in the same night! THEN had thenever to finally say "well I can do it this time but I can't guarantee it will ever happen again" WHO does he think he's talkingto one of his friends??!
