Went here for a family brunch, 5 kiddos in tow and we came at the end of the breakfast rush. They seated us quickly, were very... prompt in service, got all the orders correct and refilled our drinks often. Our waitress was very nice and checked in on usfrequent enough. Food was fantastic, everyone enjoyed it. Burgers were juicy and delish, omelette was made perfectly, kids lovedtheir pancakes and my appetizer platter was perfect. Over all spent about $120 before tip for 7 with 8 drinks including extrasides and dessert for the kids, and 4 of us ordering off the adult menu. Um, the food was hot. I ordered a grand slam pack. This is a family order with 8 pancakes, 8 eggs, 8 meats, etc., but the... experience, never again!!! No. I initially tried ordering it in on the app but it wouldn't let me set the order for pickupwithout agreeing to 2 hours out, so no go as I was almost to the restaurant. I then called to do a phone order, the ladyanswered saying her system was down, can I call back? Um...if I call back the same system would be down....what?! I hung up anddecided to walk into the restaurant. I walked in, the cashier young man immediately said grand slam packs are only offeredonline, I told him what I had attempted as well as askes him to share what comparable item was available to feed a family? Herepeated the same thing. Then, someone walked up to help and they told him it was available and showed him. He jokingly said ohgosh I didn't even know...to the colleague. She then asked me how she could help me? I repeated it sounds like indeed I canorder this, she said yes what else? I asked for all the meats to be bacon, then she immediately walked to yet another rep. Theother rep said that was too hard a change and she would be right back. Then the manager walked over. (4 employees at this pointto ring up the order) The manager said, let me explain to you why our door dash policy, and restaurant policy ???? requiresordering a certain way. I was like can I please place the grand slam order, me and my family are really hungry. He proceeded torepeat something else about some auditing and store policies etc.. After about 30 minutes of nonsense the order was placed andthen the cashier said she cannot give me a receipt, I didn't even respond my facial expression must have told what I was sayingin my head. LISTEN, DON'T GO HERE! THIS STORE NEEDS RETRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER AT THECOUNTER. GOOD food, but is it really worth all that? At the very least go to a different store. It was great I love the place. The place was small but cozy. Friendly staff members the food was epic whatever you asked from... them they gave you it if you order a shake they give you an extra cup for what is left over of your drink. It's not like theother Denny's but if you order like a shake they don't give you like an extra cup they like throw away the extra shake. The foodthe burgers were great they were juicy I loved how sweet that burger was and I asked from them to take out the onion since Idon't like onions and they did that. Read more

We usually come in on Friday nights, but we decided to come in the daytime to meet the daytime workers, they all had smiles and... great customer service. Our server Edgar was very great at greeting us and giving us time to decide what we wanted to order, andvery respectful. Edgar deserves all respect plus his tips he earns every bit of it, keep up the great work ladies and gentlemen.We will back to see you all!!
