Horrible service ! Been here 5 times in last month about 45-30 mins before closing its always the same thing how they aren't... mixing on the stone anymore . Then I see someone behind me get their ice cream mixed . Also the women at the register is veryrude when asking about price for cakes . Don't do business here they don't care . This is the 2nd time in a week I can't buy ice cream because the employees are more focused on cleaning the f...cold stone than... servicing customers. I arrived at 9:45 pm, and they close at 10 pm. Went in there got a butter pecan ice cream the ice cream seemed like it was melted and was put back seemed like it was a slushee... they said they had to talk to a manager to see if i can get another flavor. I ordered from them thru Postmates. I know how Postmates works because I am also a driver. This was not a Postmates issue. These... people did not secure my order. They should have separated the waffle bowl from the ice cream, put it in a separate bag, and Theice cream should have been in a bowl with lid on it in a separate bag. Instead, they put the ice cream inside the waffle bowland covered it with a piece of saran wrap!! If the employees they have are not creative enough to do better than this or themanagers are not thorough enough to teach them better, then the owner needs to start the hiring process over!!
