Staff member was terrible and rude. Forgot to add requested queso to meal during checkout and when we went back and requested it... he said we had to pay extra above what we would have to add to the meal because he was lazy or incompetent to figure it out.Awful service. Read more

Don?t get fooled by the location, this is by far the BEST Chipotle I?ve been too in Vegas. All the workers are so friendly! You... get the same great service with everyone here no matter the day. They are always on top of the food quality. I live 2 minutesfrom a Chipotle (W. Craig) and avoid going there due to the terrible food quality. I don?t mind driving to this location. I've tried 4 times to order here and hopefully receive better quality food and service each time is worse than the previous.... Zero customer service. So much fat on all types of meat. Mainly the steak. Definitely will not be going back to Chipotle for awhile or this exact location...???? Read more

I think there are a lot of new people at this location, like they lost someone valuable. The food is hit or miss lately, like... hard chicken, cold steak, crunchy rice, under or over cooked veggies etc. And some days everything is on point. When you walk inno one is quick to take your order. They are okay with letting you stand and wait although there are 8 people behind thecounter, silent, not helping anyone or saying they'll be with them. Read more

I?ve only ever left a handful of reviews, but this one is very well deserved. I just want to start of by saying Michael who... served our food was so polite and his customer service was so amazing. I was so pleasantly surprised at our experience since wehardly ever go into restaurants to order. The food was so delicious! And when it was time to pay Mercedes was also so kind andpolite all smiles. You don?t really see good customer service like this now a days. I used to go to this location all the time in person, with hardly any issues. Lately I?ve been ordering from them through... UberEats. Now there?s nothing but problems it seems. I used to order chorizo before Chipotle created the plant based version andit?d be hard every now and then which is fine. As long as its still edible then I was okay with it. This is the third or 4thtime I?ve ordered the plant based chorizo from this location. Tonight I received my order, removed the lid, and it looks likethe restaurant ran out of chorizo and threw some charcoal in my bowl. I can?t eat one piece, it is so hard! I ordered the samething last night, without any issue. I placed my order hours before the restaurant closed, so the fact that they thought it wasacceptable to send this to a customer is just revolting. Read more

I have had very little issues here. Ordered right before they closed and right after opening. Give them some time with mobile... orders, like 10 minutes extra. If you show patience and manners they?ll give you more food. Say thank you, have a great day.Fast food isn?t easy work dealing with crazy Karens out there. Food has been always good for me ordering in person or mobile.Just don?t show up before the order completion time so you don?t rush the employees cause they?re short staffed. Read more

No brown rice, no chicken, no guacamole, no lettuce. Come on management! Get your act together! This location is also the most... stingiest location with their ingredients. Let me add uncooked rice to the list - I couldn't finish it. Such a terribleexperience with the 2 bowls I ordered. Read more
