Don?t get fooled by the location, this is by far the BEST Chipotle I?ve been too in Vegas. All the workers are so friendly! You... get the same great service with everyone here no matter the day. They are always on top of the food quality. I live 2 minutesfrom a Chipotle (W. Craig) and avoid going there due to the terrible food quality. I don?t mind driving to this location. I've tried 4 times to order here and hopefully receive better quality food and service each time is worse than the previous.... Zero customer service. So much fat on all types of meat. Mainly the steak. Definitely will not be going back to Chipotle for awhile or this exact location...???? Read more
I think there are a lot of new people at this location, like they lost someone valuable. The food is hit or miss lately, like... hard chicken, cold steak, crunchy rice, under or over cooked veggies etc. And some days everything is on point. When you walk inno one is quick to take your order. They are okay with letting you stand and wait although there are 8 people behind thecounter, silent, not helping anyone or saying they'll be with them. Read more
I?ve only ever left a handful of reviews, but this one is very well deserved. I just want to start of by saying Michael who... served our food was so polite and his customer service was so amazing. I was so pleasantly surprised at our experience since wehardly ever go into restaurants to order. The food was so delicious! And when it was time to pay Mercedes was also so kind andpolite all smiles. You don?t really see good customer service like this now a days.
