The manager Manuel needs to be demoted or let go? he made the horrible decision to stop making chips for the rest of the day on... Nov 2. One of the primary reasons I come to Chipotle is for the chips. When I asked him why the stop he said ?because i have mystaff doing other things?? as a result the chipotle now loses money because I will stop going there AND people aren?t buyingchips that day?..its a lose/lose for everyone except Manuel who gets to skip cleaner the deep fryer because he didn?t feel likemaking chips. Customer service is non existent here idk who the manager is but a women seemed to be giving orders to everyone and the... atmosphere between all the workers seemed toxic it felt very somber in there like they were all scared of her. I asked for salsaon the side and they said they had to charge me 3 dollars for salsa? I have never had to pay for a side of salsa and I just hadchipotle at another establishment 2 weeks ago and ordered the same thing! I got chips and they tasted like they were from theday before super stale and old. You have to use a code for the bathroom Smh. Go to another chipotle this one is terrible. Read more
I?ve been here three separate times, and this time will be the last time. The girl who was making my bowl was not listening to... me, and put the same items on both bowls when I was ordering for two people. She never asked his whole foods are going to bedifferent, and my son was being a little unruly I?ll admit, and he asked for a small bowl of cheese which I asked her for and herolled her eyes at me.
