Chic FIL a is a bit pricier than other fast food restaurants, but I can accept that. The food quality is good, the people are... always polite and helpful, and overall the restaurants are usually comfortable and clean. I had to take a star because on thisparticular occasion we sat at two tables during dinner that had food and sticky sauce dried on the tables. Had the place beencrazy business that might be understandable. However, on this occasion, even during dinner on a Saturday, there were plenty ofemployees standing around and the dine in portion was only at maybe 10 percent capacity. The tables should be clean. My childreneat their food often straight off the table and dried food on the table is gross. There was no justification for this in myopinion. Therefore, 4 stars is what they get today. Read more
I had a birthday reward so I did a mobile order of a grilled chicken club sandwich and paid the extra for gluten free bread and... fries. I picked up my order and when I got home there wasn't any grilled chicken with my sandwich! So I called and left amessage with my name, order number and phone number and they never returned my call. It's been four days. So if you go there,check you got everything! Don't just open the bag and look in, open the containers and make sure they didn't forget the chickenwith your chicken sandwich. Staff here is really pleasant and attentive. The line was semi long when I got there but it was timely managed. And I was able... to get my food not too long after ordering. My order was correct and the food was really tasty. Will definitely be coming back.I went during my lunch and I had enough time to eat from when I got there and received my food. Read more

I pretty much get the same thing the 4ct meal large with a large lemonade and no ice. No complaints about the food for fast food... service. The only complaint I have is the employees are spending too much time having conversations right on the front linewhile customers who are waiting for pickup ( watched 3 red shirt females and a black shirt male have a Convo about how old theywere while 4 customers waited to get their orders) . I wouldn't complain about this if there weren't customers waiting. This hashappened multiple times. Handle business first then have your conversations. Read more
