Nor sure how to rate this store. The employees were friendly enough but you have to get their attention in order to place your... order. Plus it says that the restrooms are closed but they let two people go back to the restroom. And it also says you cannotdine in but one employees entire family with children were inside the restaurant eating while customers that are wanting to dinein have to eat outside sitting on the sidewalk. We walked to this store because when we called, we were told that we could dinein I ordered six of the $2.49 double Cali cheeseburgers with no onions and no sauce. They gave me the cheeseburgers and ofcourse there was onions and sauce. She took them back and redid my order and gave me the new order. We went outside since therewas nowhere to sit or even sit your purse down and customers were waiting in line and we were told to social distance outside.So we had to sit on the sidewalk outside. We opened the bag to find onions and sauce on our six cheeseburgers. I just scraped itoff ate a half of one and threw the rest away because I was tired of trying to get them to make my cheeseburger the way Iwanted. Plus the employees disappear after you order. And you have to ask for napkins. The cheeseburgers were not worth the$2.49 each. The look nothing like the advertisement and taste bad. Maybe it was the onions and sauce that I did NOT want. Infact, they are smaller than the small cheeseburger at McDonalds. Other customers came outside upset about the service and theway the food was thrown together and thrown in the bags with tongs. Carl's Jr. has really come down in the world. At least thisone has. 09/08/2022 UPDATE Well, they haven't improved. I ordered at 3:15 pm for dining inside. At 3:35pm I went to ask if myorder was ready or if I missed them calling my number. She looked at the screen and said that she hadn't actually received it asyet. I wish I had the picture I went back threw the drive threw and got a fresh one but why did I then feel like my foodwas tampered with I ate and prayed. I wasn?t sick after but I felt so disgusting thinking people pick and chose who they wantto do devilish things to not knowing the person you do it to would give you the shirt off their back? Race also played a factorand I hope that they were satisfied with being evil that day and I hope Jehovah is holding them accountable for their actions..I gave 2 stars for the service being fast. Food was ready fast, it was out together Nicely and was hot upon receiving. The cashier was quick and attentive, the restaurant... was clean, and I was overall pleased with his Carl's. Read more

I have always loved Carl's Jr. Burgers are delicious. The strawberry cheesecake and fried zucchini are my favorite.
The food was very fresh and the service very welcoming. Nothing better then fresh crispy fries to go with your burger. Tired of... other places where they shrink their burgers and still charge big amounts. Atleast this place hooks it up with big portions andserve real meat. Read more
