Very good food and service at this location and they actually listened to what I wanted for my orders and I've been here ... numerous times. Staff are always professional and accommodating. Highly recommended. P.S. That Big Carl Burger iseverything. Bigger than any McDonald's Burgers. The only thing were the criss-cut fries. The large is definitely not alarge. This location actually used the Green Romaine lettuce and generously packed with tomatoes and onions! What can I say love a... well-made flame cook burger! Did I mention the geese and ducks across the street enjoy grazing for worms around this Carlslocation? Horrible, Carls Jr. use to be a great fast food restaurant at least at this location. Bought a Western Bacon Cheese burger it... was 0 out of 10. Now I know why they didn?t have any business. If you have a HR Department you really need to investigate why this particular store closes early. When on the website says you... are open. It happens alot at this location if you see a grey Camry you will likely be there awhile or it will close earlier thanadvertised. Read more

I just picked an order drive thru. The guy at the window didn?t know was he was doing, he first handed me a wrong order. Gave it... back to him, reminded him and showed him on my phone that the order has 2 C Fruit Punch drink , he still gave me a coke instead.I don?t know if he?s doing it on purpose or if he?s just incompetent. They can?t read an order and complete it as it is. Veryincompetent. I picked up an order, there's a small girl up front that is incompetent and unprofessional. I walked in, she said,you can order now. She needs to be trained, for example, she can say, how can I help you? On my way out and thanked her, noresponse. She's always grumpy. Read more

To start out with the speaker on drive through was nearly impossible to hear. It then took this drive thought 15+ minutes to... get through the 2 cars in front of me. When I got home I found they had given me the 2 pice chicken tender meal instead of the4 piece chicken star meal for my daughters, even though the reciept said the star meal. And they put regular fries in my mealeven though I asked for crosscut and the reciept said criss cut. The food was like warm at best even though it took so long tomake it. Finally, I can not go back for a refund as the wait put us well past my daughters dinner time. I would recommend notgoing to this store. Read more

The young man provided excellent service in the drive-thru. However, the chicken Santa Fe meal left much to be desired. The... sandwich did not have any trimmings with the exception of the onions which were extra. At $13.48 I expected a meal that wasworth it. This wasn?t. This is one of my least favorite places to eat in my area but it?s within walking distance and it?s right by the park we go to... so we go out of convenience. There?s a really friendly and upbeat cashier in the morning that?s why I gave them 2 stars. Threetimes in the last 6 months I went here for breakfast and 2 of those times they made the wrong burrito. It?s like they don?t knowwhat?s supposed to be in the burrito so they just make up their own thing. Today was so bad it made me want to leave a review. Iwas going to the grocery store right across the street so I wanted to eat first so I didn?t buy a bunch of junk. But rather thengo here I drove all the way down to the McDonald?s on Ann but it was closed for renovations. So I thought what the heck I?ll getsome Carl?s Jr. I spent $8 for two items and one was on the value menu, the spicy crispy chicken sandwich and the 5 piecechicken strips. You would expect for the price Carl?s Jr. Charges that the food would be a better quality then most fast foodplaces but that?s not the case at all. The chicken sandwich looked like someone sat on it in the back to keep it warm and thechicken fingers that were more than $6 which you could get cheaper in a restaurant were all in little pieces like they cleanedout the fryer and dumped it in my box. There was maybe three whole strips and the rest was in pieces some burnt some missing thebreading. I told the manager and she just said ?let me go see? and never came back. When I got up to leave she looked at me andthen pretended to be busy so I just walked out and took this as a lesson to not put convenience over quality anymore and stayaway from this place.
