Good burgers ans fries. Nice shakes. We didn't like the new sourdough star as much as we like Sourdough Jack's.
Early morning stop in for a quick order. My order took about 30mins, because a 3 piece chicken was never drop. The sausage... breakfast sandwich sausage size is way smaller than the picture, and overall service was poor because employees argued whenquestion about order accuracy- and boosted he would get fired so he didn't care how he spoke to customers or how long it takesto make order. Carl's Jr has really taken a turn to the worse. They can't or won't customize your food at all claiming the system doesn't allow... them to. The prices are more than a sit down restaurant. $14 for a meal and I can't remove things I dislike from it? They runads but then in the ads claim only at participating locations... which is none. None of them participate in any of the ads...from any where. So the commercials you see, FB ads, large amount of junk mail you throw away or use to.line your bird cages...all thrash. Insane. Nasty! I ordered a kids meal and the hamburger was old and on a stale bun that way flattened like the put their fist on it or... stepped on it. The inside was almost rubbery like from the cheese being heated. OLD FOOD SHOULD BE THROWN AWAY!
