Came to this location a few times and EVERY SINGLE TIME they are out of something. Kids nuggets ?were too frozen? ???? ok no... nuggets from this place I guess. Then no fountain drink Dr.Pepper.. oh ?we are out of chicken tenders? Seems like only ONEperson works there. Takes forever. So if you?re fresh out from work, go somewhere else. The experience itself is exhausting. Icome to this location because it?s closer to home, but I?m afraid to try other locations now. Maybe Carl Jr isn?t for us?. Read more
I literally asked the man for a lettuce wrap famous star with cheese LIGHT SAUCE.. LIGHT SAUCE. Lettuce wilted, soggy and the... meat is OLD. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Read more
There were 5 employees onsite and they literally took 30 minutes to make 3 basic sandwiches. Ordered in drive thru, got the... drink and was told to park for the order. Sat in the car for 20 minutes before checking on it, they weren't working on theorder! Order after mine was delivered before me. Another 10 minutes waiting inside for them to actually make it. Should be zero, but with one star because it was food. Waited for 30+ min then went in to find they didn't have anything in... progress. Then while waiting. Next order after mine was deliver to there car. I had to go in to get food. It was a drivethrough. Felt more like a restaurant sitting in parking lot. Don't plan to return to this location. Read more

It's 12 noon & I struggled with myself to cross the street to get the Gold Digger Burger to take home. The commercial looked so... tasty. NEVER have I taken something back but I did. This was cold, hard, obviously crushed, disgusting! I had given this storeone more try & this was what I got. Last time the drive-thru was backed up with 5 cars, hadn't even placed my order & I seeworkers running to their cars so I asked if they'd been fired. 2 cars & myself backed out of the line & left. 2 previous timesthe burgers had also been sitting for awhile too but I ate it anyway. NEVER AGAIN! This place needs new owner or management. I knew Carl personally & even tho the family isn't associated with the brand, he would be sicken by this one. Read more
This was the second time I've gone to this drive thru, first time in over 2 years. The first time I went, they had told me the... nuggets were frozen for my kids meal. Um, aren't they already, then u toss them in a fryer? Then this past weekend, no tenders.This place is always out of something. Never mind waiting over 30 mins in the drive thru. Only 1 lady working, poor woman. I'dgive this a 0 if I could cause this location is lacking in many departments. This needs a revamp asap from years ago, hasn'tchanged idk how it's still standing.
