This incident happened last October 26 Wednesday at around 11 am. My friend and I both ordered our food online for pick up, and... when I got to the store (my friend didn't come with me) to pick it up, I told them my name, and they found my order quickly.Then I told my friend's name. The lady returned to the baker's rack to check all the pickup orders. They said no, there's no wecouldn't find your friend's order. Spoiler alert though they handed the order to me after 30 mins of waiting, and my friendconfirmed he placed the order at that location for pickup. The order had been made and was ready for pickup at 11 am, but THEYgave me a hard time cause they thought I was lying TO THEM and trying to get someone else's order.. So our $20 sandwich was COLDand nasty after waiting an hour. And they NEVER APOLOGIZE. Wish I could give NO star for poor service. Read more

First time trying Capriotti's. Fantastic!!! Best sub I ever had! Good bye to all the other sub shops. I had the bobbie words... can't describe how good it was. The workers were all really nice and helpful. Would give them more stars if I could!!! Read more

I decided to give this place a try and i definitely dont regret it. This specific location is close to my work n ive spot my... atleast 2twice a week now . The employees are always nice and the location is clean. I want give a special thanks to D he makemy sandwiches most of the time and it always delicious and gives my the energy i need to finish out my 10hr shift. He alwayssmiling and happy. This is my review as a cater order delivery driver. I arrived to pick up a two hundred dollar order that was pre ordered. I had... already driven 25 minutes to get there, once there it was a long line obviously because it's lunch time. I head to the front ofthe line to pick up the order and the lady tells me that I have to wait in line. This is frustrating for food delivery customersbecause we still need time to deliver the food and our customers are expecting it to be on time. With five people on staff theirshould be someone dedicated to making sure pick orders leave the store promptly. This affects my livelihood because without tipsgas eats up all our profit.
