Ordered the capastrami. It is sapost to come with swiss cheese and coleslaw and russian dressing. Very little pastrami, had no... coleslaw and no Swiss cheese no dressing. Very dissatisfied with the sandwich. Read more

I ordered the two Chicken Chipotle Crunch that includes chicken grilled with American cheese and topped with lettuce, tomato,... crispy cheddar onions and chipotle ranch dressing. The sandwiches can stuffed full of mushrooms and grilled onion which not arenowhere mentioned in the ingredients at all. I am extremely allergic to mushrooms and hand to take benadryl because I started tobreak out with a rash and my throat started to close up. This is the third time this has happened. The first two times I let itgo because i caught it before I started eating but this time I figured they wouldn't mess it up. When I called they said theycould not refund my money or have the correct order delivered. I was a fan the food but they obviously don't care for the safetyof their customers so I will no longer be supporting this company. Over priced! $20+ for 3 drinks and 2 chips. Also need to be careful eating the bobble bc we found 3 bones in our sandwich!

Multiple times trying this location and multiple times where they can?t get the order out on time (20+ minutes of waiting) or... correct, which is extra irritating after waiting for 2-3 times the expected wait time... Example, this chicken cheesesteak issuper dry, missing cheese and mayonnaise... At least try to make up for being ridiculously slow with quality food. RIP Capriotti's ????. The Capriotti's I fell in love with is gone. They changed their bread a long time ago and now they put... less and less meat on their sub each time I go in. I remember when their subs were second to none and you could barely finish asmall. They lowered the quality and raised the prices. I've been going to this location for years. Every time I go thesandwiches get smaller. I went yesterday and ordered a small Italian like I normally do and it literally had 2 pieces of lunchmeat on it. I brought it up to the counter and stood there for a few minutes while all the sandwich makers just glanced at meand looked away trying to avoid coming over to see what I was complaining about. Finally an employee on break eating in thedinning area asked if I needed help. I said I don?t normally complain but is this how you guys make the sandwiches here now withonly 2 pieces of meat? She said yes, so i told her the description list three different kinds. she walked to the back and saidyou guys forgot a piece of meat and they put one piece of lunch meat on a piece of paper and walked it out to me. i could havemade a sandwich like this at home or i could have went to subway right across the street and got a bigger, fuller sub for lessmoney. Go here for high quality sandwiches. Pastrami and Cole slaw with thousand island dressing. Or The Bobby, Thanksgiving style... sandwich with Turkey ????, cranberries & stuffing. I have always loved capriottis but this particular store is outstanding. The manager is super friendly and helpful. The food... is hot and delicious. The presentation using classy dishes and flatware is better than a lot of full service restaurants. Thesoup, sandwich and drink combo I had today for $9 would have easily been $15 anywhere else.
